This blog’s name comes from the title of the best selling book on the day I was born – The Source by James A Michener.  Like that book, I am hoping this space becomes as layered and full of interesting information and fun.

I am a mom, a wife, a full time careerist, and a serial volunteer. As the world appears to be in search of Happiness, I find contentment in where I am and who I surround myself with.  I love to explore different places, cultures and experiences – both in books and in real life.
